Platform Core

One record per device, and everything that hangs off it

Assets, contracts, incidents, customers and billing in one database, with reporting, forecasting, pricing models and access control on top. Every workspace includes it.

Who uses it

Owners and admins
Set up the workspace, connect integrations, decide who sees what in Roles & access.
Managers
Run the day-to-day records: customers, assets, incidents, catalog, forecasts.
Finance managers
Pricing models, leases, costs, billing and the reports that need cost data.
Viewers
Read-only access to the records, without billing.
People outside your organisation
Open a report you shared by link, with no login; departing employees get device-return emails.

Included today

  • Device record from purchase to wipe

Each device keeps its contract, incidents, repairs, shipments and eventual sale or disposal on one record.

  • Incidents and returns

Incidents tied to the device and contract involved, and returns in both directions with approval of excess refunds.

  • Contract library with AI review

Upload an agreement and the AI extracts parties, value, term, SLAs and termination terms, scores the risk and compares versions side by side.

  • SLA clocks on the site's calendar

Response and resolution measured on the delivery site's country business hours and public holidays, with breach history per customer.

  • Customers, employees, vendors and purchase orders

Customer accounts and sites, employees with joiner and leaver checklists, vendors, and purchase orders with a PO document.

  • Catalog, price rules and bundles

One catalog with customer-specific price rules and bundles, used by orders, pricing models and billing.

  • Billing and usage metering

Invoices and credit notes to your customers, with usage metered from the records (for example device-months) rather than typed in.

  • Reports and plain-English questions

Fixed reports, plus questions in plain English answered as read-only queries scoped to your organisation; save them, or share a frozen snapshot by an expiring link.

  • Forecasting

Volume and cost forecasts per country and service area from your history and drivers, with approved price locks and AI-suggested drivers you accept or reject.

  • RFP pricing models and leases

Turn partner costs into the unit price a customer's RFP asks for, with margin at every level, cross-manufacturer alternatives, lease rate factors and CSV or PDF output.

  • Remote-employee device retrieval

When an employee leaves, a retrieval is opened (automatically from Personio HR sync), the return kit is arranged and the device is tracked back.

  • Integrations

ServiceNow two-way incident sync and Personio HR sync. Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro enrolment state is read in; those two are written from the provider's published API and not yet run against a live account.

  • Roles & access

Owner, admin, manager, finance manager, viewer and technician roles, custom roles copied from them, and module limits for any member except the owner. Checked on the server.

  • Decisions you can audit

Every AI recommendation shows its working and waits under a confidence threshold you set; every decision and change lands in the audit log.

  • Import and export

Bring records in from CSV and take a full export of your data whenever you want it.

Planned

Not available yet, and not dated. Each is built when a customer needs it; tell us if yours does.

  • Accounting push Planned

Send issued invoices and credit notes to QuickBooks or Xero, so your accounts system does not need re-keying.

  • More ITSM connectors Planned

Jira Service Management, Zoho Desk, Freshservice and Zendesk alongside ServiceNow, syncing incidents both ways.

  • Device experience (DEX) telemetry Planned

Read Nexthink, ControlUp or SysTrack data so device health scores use real performance telemetry, not only age and repair history.

  • Access by customer, country or region Planned

Limit a member to the customers, countries or regions they look after, on top of their role and modules.

  • Enterprise single sign-on Planned

Sign in through your own identity provider (SAML or OIDC) with your own policies.

  • AI assistant for outside tools Planned

Let your own AI tools ask Cevoriq read-only questions through a standard (MCP) connection, under the same permissions as in the app.

  • Digital Product Passport Planned

Record a device's EU Digital Product Passport identifier and link to it from the device record.
