Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cevoriq™ platform ("Service"), operated by Cevoriq LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cevoriq is a contract and asset lifecycle management platform designed for Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) providers. The Service enables organizations to manage contracts, track device assets, monitor incidents, and oversee fleet health through integrations with third-party tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Roles and Access

The Service supports multiple user roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Viewer). Account owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and ensuring team members comply with these Terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit through the Service. We will not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

6. Multi-Tenancy and Data Isolation

Each organization's data is logically isolated within the platform. Tenant data is not accessible to other tenants. We employ industry-standard security measures to maintain data segregation.

7. Data Location and Residency

All Service data is currently stored and processed in the United States. The Service does not currently operate data centers in any other region. A data region preference recorded in Settings is retained as a record of your preference only — it does not change where data is stored, and no region other than the United States is currently selectable.

Because of this, using the Service from outside the United States involves transferring your data to the United States. You are responsible for ensuring your organization has a lawful basis for that transfer and for informing the individuals whose data you enter. Where the Service presents a cross-border data transfer notice, acceptance of that notice is recorded as evidence of this acknowledgement.

A description of which data is held in your region and which is held globally is published at Data Residency. If your organization requires a Data Processing Agreement or specific transfer safeguards, contact legal@cevoriq.com.

8. Roadmap and Future Functionality

We may describe functionality that is planned but not yet available — including additional data residency regions, customer-managed encryption keys, and automated retention enforcement. Any such description is a statement of current intent only. It is not a commitment, not a representation that the functionality will be delivered, and not part of any agreement between us.

Planned functionality may be changed, delayed, or withdrawn at any time without notice. You should not purchase, renew, or continue using the Service in reliance on functionality that is not available at the time you do so. Only functionality actually available at that time forms part of what you are contracting for. Where we publish availability status, the status shown at the time you rely on it governs.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious files or code
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Trial Accounts

Trial accounts are provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to limit features, storage, or access duration during trial periods. Trial data may be deleted after the trial period expires unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

12. Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (ITSM, DEX, logistics platforms). These integrations are governed by the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and you may request its deletion at any time.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
